If you decide to work with me, your job will be to tell me a bit about your situation, and I’ll do the rest! It really is that simple. Here are some of the things that will be a small part of my job, free of cost:
Determine your wants and needs. I will take the necessary time to develop a clear understanding of what you are looking for. Throughout the buying process, I will maintain your confidentiality and represent your best interests.
Assist you in obtaining a mortgage. Working with several mortgage brokers, I will ensure that you obtain agreeable terms and a competitive interest rate. I’ll put the right team together to work for you so that your transaction will be successful!
Note: I’ve helped many customers who didn’t think they would actually qualify for a mortgage get into a home they love!
I will shop for you. I have access to advanced technology that helps me locate properties for sale, even before they become listed, giving you greater negotiating leverage. I will disclose all known facts about the property that are likely to affect your decision as I use every available method to locate a property that matches your criteria.
Provide you with negotiation strategies. When we find the home that meets your criteria, I will assist you in writing an offer and act as a liaison between you and the seller. I will go the distance to make sure you get the best price.
Give you access to others in the industry. I’ve got many competent and reliable contacts in the industry – from mortgage brokers to lawyers, from home inspectors to trades people. You don’t have to spend a lot of your time interviewing different folk. I’ve got solid and reliable contacts that you can use.
